• Architectural & interior design consultancy
• Floor planning, 3D elevations & working drawings
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultancy
• Soil testing and structure consultancy
• Supervision and project management
• Real estate marketing and sales

All services are subject to availability and specific contractual agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with Fair Deal Developers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information related to their project.
• Cooperate with our team during all stages of development.
• Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
• Obtain any required local approvals, permissions, or NOCs (unless specified otherwise in writing).

Payment Terms

• All payments must be made according to the milestone/payment schedule outlined in the agreement or invoice.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or cause project delays.
• Fair Deal Developers reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment obligations are not met.

Project Timelines

While we strive to meet all project deadlines, timelines may be affected by:

• Weather conditions
• Delays in third-party approvals or material supply
• Changes requested by the client
• Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics)

Any change in timeline will be communicated in writing.

Intellectual Property

All drawings, designs, plans, proposals, and content created by Fair Deal Developers remain the intellectual property of the Company unless agreed otherwise in writing. Clients may not copy, reuse, or distribute our materials without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Fair Deal Developers is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses incurred by clients
• Delays caused by third parties, government bodies, or client-side inefficiencies
• Unauthorized modifications or damages made by other contractors or parties

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

Warranty and Defects

• We offer a standard warranty for construction quality, typically ranging from 6 months to 1 year depending on the scope of work (to be defined in the service agreement).
• Clients must notify us in writing of any defects or issues within the warranty period.
• Warranty becomes void in case of third-party alterations or poor maintenance.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting costs of completed work, labor, and materials purchased.
• Any advance received is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (or relevant jurisdiction), and any legal proceedings will be held in the competent courts of [City].
